This is a healthy and easy way to have the delicious sandwich with all the right ingredients put together in a right way. You can enjoy it in any time of the day, be it in the breakfast, lunch or dinner, or putting it in your kids lunch boxes. They will love it as my son does.

- 2 long whole meal breads
- ½ medium tomato deseeded and cut into long thin wedges
- ½ medium onion cut into long thin slices
- 2 tbsp of sliced black olives
- 2 tbsp of sliced jalapenos
- ½ cup of coarsely shredded lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard sauce
- Extra hot peri- peri sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
- Slit the long breads length vise. Make sure they don’t separate into halves
- Toast them lightly from both the sides on a hot tava/griddle
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the insides of the breads.
- Next spread a thin layer of mustard sauce.
- Drizzle some extra hot peri-peri sauce.
- Arrange the thinly sliced tomato wedges on one side.
- Top it with thin onion slices.
- Arrange some black olives, jalapenos and shredded lettuce.
- Lastly sprinkle some salt and pepper.
- Yummy Sandwiches are ready to munch on with some cool or hot drinks.
- The bread can be of any type which you enjoy.
- Other sauces can also be added.
- Green olives can be used in place of black olives.
- Those people and kids who don’t like spicy food, they can replace extra hot peri-peri sauce with the milder ones.
- The bread can be used without toasting also
