Til mil beans is a recipe very close to my heart as I love all the ingredients used to make this dish. Just enjoy cooking it and it will taste amazing.

- 250 grams french beans
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds/til
- 3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or sesame oil
- 4 dried whole red chillies (small and round)
- 1/2 tsp crushed pepper powder
- salt to taste
- Wash and drain the french beans. Cut them diagonally into 2 inch pieces lengthwise.
- Heat some oil in a broad pan. Add chopped garlic, red chillies and sesame seeds. Toss them for half a minute.
- Add the beans. Toss them all for about 5 min. on medium flame in order to keep them crunchy. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Serve it hot with bread of your choice.
- Avoid overheating the oil in the pan in order to keep the garlic nice and soft.
- Do not cover the pan to cook the beans. Else the beans will no more be crunchy.
- Try to make them just 2 min. before serving. They will taste great.
