Pulp of 1 ½ medium sized ripened Alphonso mango
2 glasses/ 500ml of cold milk
3 to 4 tsp of brown sugar
4 to 5 ice cubes optional
Crushed hazelnuts or pistachios for garnishing

1. Wash, cut and scoop out the pulp of the mango by using a knife or a spoon.
2. Mix the mango pulp, cold milk, sugar into a blender for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Pour it into glasses, add ice and garnish it with hazelnuts or pistachios.
